Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Polylamina (operated by ARACELIS SHOES AND CLOTHING LLC) processes and ships orders placed on polylamina.com. Please review this policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on a business day, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods (such as major sales or holiday seasons), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. The following rates and estimated delivery times apply after your order has been processed:

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free on all orders totaling $75.00 or more (before tax) shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). This offer is automatically applied at checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii: Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for a flat rate of $14.99. Expedited options are also available at checkout.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the selected shipping method. The carrier is selected at our discretion to provide the most reliable delivery. Carrier-specific expedited services (e.g., UPS 2-Day, FedEx Overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The carrier's name
- A direct link to track your package
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system after you receive the confirmation email. If your tracking does not update after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected].
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages), we will contact you by email. You will have the option to:
- Pay for re-shipment to a corrected address
- Receive a refund (minus original shipping costs)
To avoid issues, please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check around your delivery area and with neighbors
- Wait 24–48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If the issue is not resolved, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will work with the carrier to investigate. In confirmed cases of loss due to carrier error, we will reship or issue a refund at our discretion.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working to expand our international shipping capabilities. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
8. Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist as best we can.
