Return & Refund Policy

At Polylamina, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Return request initiated within 30 days of the delivery date (as shown on tracking).
- Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Tags: All original tags must be attached and intact.
- Original packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging where possible.
- No odors or stains: Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, pet hair, and any signs of wear.
Non-returnable items:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You will not be required to return defective items in most cases.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us: Send a return request to [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive instructions: We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
- Ship your return: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Receive your refund or exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return (Section 3) and note in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item (size/color). If the replacement item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference.
5. Refund Processing
Refund timeline:
- Once your return is received at our facility: 3–5 business days for inspection
- After inspection approval: 5–7 business days for refund processing
- Credit to your account: Additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via PayPal). We do not issue refunds in cash or via a different payment method.
Partial refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that shows signs of use or is missing tags, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return entirely.
Original shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the timeframe stated above:
- First, check your bank account or PayPal account again.
- Then contact your bank or card issuer — processing times vary.
- If you've done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
7. Return Shipping Address
Returns should only be sent to the address provided in your RMA approval email. Do not send returns without an approved RMA — unrequested returns may not be processed.
